Can a user determine the phone number the OTP is delivered to during verification?

When an OTP verification is added to your government data verification, the OTP is sent via SMS, Whatsapp or email to the phone number registered on the government data that is being verified.

This means that a user, at this point, can not edit or change the phone number used to receive the OTP.

This help you authenticate that the individual getting onboarded is the actual owner of the ID provided.
